Operators and Assemblers Needed in Hultsfred

We are looking for operators and assemblers for our client companies in Hultsfred and surrounding areas. The companies operate within the manufacturing industry and want to strengthen their workforce with the help of Montico.

About the Position

You will initially be employed as a consultant at Montico and hired out to the client company. After six months, there is an opportunity for permanent employment with Montico or direct employment with the client company.

Working hours are usually daytime or two-shift, but we appreciate your flexibility for other shift forms as well. This is an excellent opportunity for you seeking stable employment in the industry!

Job Description

As an operator, you will work with CNC-controlled machines and follow processes that involve several different work tasks. Your duties include planning and handling materials. You monitor the CNC machine and perform measurements and quality controls according to instructions.

As an assembler, you primarily work with the assembly of smaller components and handling of parts in an automated painting line, which includes hanging and un-hanging parts. You also conduct quality controls, collaborate closely with colleagues in production, and assist with other tasks in maintenance and manufacturing as needed. Forklift driving may occur, so forklift experience is an advantage.
